HOW TO BOOK
It's a mindful and functional Vinyasa Yoga flow where we will be working on strengthening and stretching our bodies, moving with the breath, and connecting the body and mind. This class offers challenges as well as modifications if needed.
Every level and age is welcome.
10-11 am on Saturday
