Yoga in Vingis park

Join us for a morning yoga session in Vingis Park! Whether you are an experienced yogi or a beginner, everyone is welcome. We will practice vinyasa-style yoga while moving with the rhythm of the breath and paying special attention to strengthening and stretching the body, improving balance and calming the mind.

This is a great opportunity to meet new friends and become part of a supportive community. People of all experiences and body types are welcome - we will tailor yoga to your unique needs.

In Vingis park, Vilnius (meeting in front of Estrada).

LANGUAGE

The class will be taught in Lithuanian or English as required.

WHEN

Tuesdays 10:15-11:15

DONATION

This class is based on donations. Pay what you can, based on what you feel the class is worth and your financial situation. 

HOW TO GET READY

  • Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.

  • Wear comfortable clothing.

In case of inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, I will notify all participants of any cancellations or changes.

I have tried yoga many times in the past, but it wasn't until I started attending your classes that I began to enjoy and benefit from the exercise.
