Monika’s Story


Monika came to an individual yoga session after a year of trying group classes. She felt worse – her already aching back hurt even more after yoga sessions and Monika felt no progress.

In our first personal session, she confessed: “I always thought yoga wasn’t for me because my body is stiff.”

What do I need for the session?

Comfortable clothes and a yoga mat. If you don’t have a mat, let me know – I can provide you with one.


How often will the sessions take place?

It depends on your goals and availability. We can set a regular schedule or play it by ear and plan according to your moving timetable.


Can someone join me?

Of course! I offer sessions for couples, siblings or friends. You can experience yoga together and strengthen not just your body but also your relationship.
